This was our first trip to Pinos Altos, New Mexico, which is a small town about seven miles north of Silver City. We stayed at the Bear Creek Cabins (cabin 11) which is near the Gila National Forest.

Google thinks that Pinos Altos is near Santa Fe, which is incorrect. Mapquest and Yahoo can find Pinos Altos correctly.
